is a Jamaican specialty made from a blend of smoked herring, hot peppers and seasonings. This fish paste is traditionally eaten on crackers as an appetizer and it’s smokey fish flavor adds depth to seafood or pasta and an amazing secret ingredient in party dips.

- Fresh Parsley (garnish)
