One Stop Beef Medallions
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Whole beef tenderloin - remove silver skin and slice into 2" think medallions
- 3 – 4 Tbs WALKERSWOOD ONE STOP SAVOURY SAUCE
- 2 Tsp - ground cumin
- 1 Tsp - ground black
- 2 Tsp - sea salt
- 1 Tbs - olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Season beef medallions with salt, cumin, black pepper and olive oil
- Grill over high heat (400°f) until cooked to your preference (4 minutes per side for medium rare)
- Baste repeatedly during last minutes of cooking with One Stop sauce
