One Stop Beef Medallions

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Whole beef tenderloin - remove silver skin and slice into 2" think medallions
  • 3 – 4 Tbs WALKERSWOOD ONE STOP SAVOURY SAUCE
  • 2 Tsp - ground cumin
  • 1 Tsp - ground black
  • 2 Tsp - sea salt
  • 1 Tbs - olive oil
  • One Stop Beef Medallions

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Season beef medallions with salt, cumin, black pepper and olive oil
  • Grill over high heat (400°f) until cooked to your preference (4 minutes per side for medium rare)
  • Baste repeatedly during last minutes of cooking with One Stop sauce
