Coconut Rundown Vegetable

 

1kg Mixed veg. ( carrots, courgettes, green beans, cauliflower, cabbage, pac choy etc.)
180ml Walkerswood Coconut Rundown Sauce
1 cube Vegetable stock
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  Water for steaming

 

Method:

  • Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces.
  • Dissolve stock cube in boiling water and steam vegetables lightly. Drain.
  • Warm together with Rundown Sauce, sprinkle with parsley & serve!
