Coconut Rundown Chicken with
Wine
A delicate dish, simple and quite suitable for dinner.

Chicken breasts

6 oz/180ml |
Walkerswood Coconut Rundown Sauce |
1/4 cup |
White wine |
3 oz/90g |
Pineapple chunks (optional) |
2 tbs. |
Cream |

Fresh Cilantro, chopped |
Method:
- Cube chicken breasts and season with garlic, thyme and salt to taste. Saute for 5 minutes.
- Add pineapple.
- Deglaze pan with wine, add Coconut Rundown Sauce. Heat for 3 minutes.
- Finish by stirring in the cream then serve immediately over rice or vegetables.
- Serves 4.
