Simply rub a small amount - 1oz jerk seasoning: 2.2lbs / 1kg - into your meat or fish, for best results marinate overnight to absorb the spicy flavor and then cook until done on your barbeque or in your oven.

TRADITIONAL JERK CHICKEN

  • 1 Whole Chicken – Washed & Quartered
  • 2oz Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 Tbs Coconut Oil(substitute w/ Olive Oil)

Rub Jerk and oil into the chicken and allow to marinate – overnight for best results. Place chicken over direct heat on your barbeque and brown on all sides. Remove chicken to In-direct heat and allow to finish cooking (30–45mins)
