Rub Mi Belly Duck was the prize winning dish at our annual Cook-Off with the BCA (Black Culinary Association ) in New York, held in the fabulous BSH home appliances showroom. Contestants from 5 cooking schools used Walkerswood products and vied for a prize culinary trip to Jamaica. Rub Mi Belly Duck was chosen by judges from Bon Appetit, WCBS Radio and Essence Magazine.
